摘要
在无菌药品的生产过程中,VHP(气化过氧化氢)传递窗可用于由低级别向高级别洁净区传递物料,并对窗体及所要传递的物料进行表面灭菌。为了考察VHP传递窗的性能是否能达到GMP的要求,文章采用不同的技术手段对VHP传递窗性能进行测试,可以证明该VHP传递窗能达到使用要求,把物料对洁净室的污染降低到最低程度,减少因物料污染给药品带来污染的风险。
In the production process of sterile drugs,VHP(vaporized hydrogen peroxide)transfer window can be used to transfer materials from low-level to high-level clean areas,and sterilize the window and the materials to be transferred.In order to investigate whether the performance of VHP transfer window can meet the requirements of GMP,this paper uses different technical means to test the performance of VHP transfer window,which can prove that the VHP transfer window can meet the use requirements,reduce the pollution of materials to the clean room to a minimum,and reduce the risk of drug pollution caused by material pollution.
