摘要
研究了一种用于内圆表面的电火花合金化强化修复装置,用此装置在试样表面制备强化修复层,并对修复层进行了微观形貌、微观组织、硬度和磨损性能测试。经过SEM照片和X-RAY衍射相结构分析以及硬度梯度测试,综合判断该装置生成的强化修复层比较完整,且修复层含有碳化物、氮化物以及非晶组织;表层硬度高,强化过程中发生合金化,可达到修复和改善工件表面性能的目的。磨损测试证明了修复层可以有效保护工件,使得工件耐磨性提高3倍以上;磨损过程中,磨损特性表现为磨粒磨损和一定量的疲劳剥落。综合分析可知,研究的内圆表面电火花合金化强化修复装置可实现预期强化修复目的,在电火花修复技术的应用与推广方面具有积极意义。
A kind of device for strengthening and repairing inner surface by Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM)was studied.The strengthening and repairing layer was prepared on the surface of the sample with this device,and the micro morphology,microstructure,hardness and wear properties of the repairing layer were tested.Through the analysis of SEM photos,X-RAY diffraction phase structure and hardness gradient test,it was found that the strengthened repairing layer produced by the device is relatively complete,and the repairing layer contains carbides,nitrides and amorphous structure.The surface hardness is high and alloying occurs during the strengthening process,which can achieve the purpose of repairing and improving the surface properties of the workpiece.The wear test shows that the repairing layer can effectively protect the workpiece and increase the wear resistance of the workpiece by more than 3 times.During the wear process,the wear characteristics are abrasive wear and a certain amount of fatigue spalling.Comprehensive analysis shows that the inner surface EDM alloying strengthening and repairing device studied can achieve the expected purpose of strengthening repair,and has positive significance in the application and promotion of EDM repair technology.
