摘要
目的观察浅刺针法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法将150例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为反应点浅刺组、穴位针刺组及穴位浅刺组。反应点浅刺组选取局部反应点为针刺点,采用浅刺针法治疗;穴位针刺组、穴位浅刺组均选取天柱、风池、颈夹脊、阿是穴、曲池、外关穴为针刺穴位,分别采用常规针刺方法、浅刺针法进行治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后的Northwick-Park颈痛问卷(NPQ)量表、简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分及局部软组织肌张力,以及临床疗效。结果治疗后3组患者NPQ评分、SF-MPQ评分、颈肩部软组织张力均低于治疗前,且反应点浅刺组各项评分、颈肩部软组织张力均优于穴位针刺组、穴位浅刺组(均P<0.05)。反应点浅刺组总有效率为97.7%,高于穴位针刺组的81.8%及穴位浅刺组的34.8%(均P<0.05)。结论反应点浅刺针法治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效肯定,可明显改善患者颈痛症状,降低患者颈肩部软组织张力,且效果优于穴位常规针刺和浅刺。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qianci acupuncture therapy for cervical spondylosis of neck type.Methods A total of 150 patients with cervical spondylosis of neck type were randomly divided into Qianci acupuncture at reaction points group,acupuncture at acupoints group and Qianci acupuncture at acupoints group.The Qianci acupuncture at reaction points group underwent Qianci acupuncture therapy using points of local reaction as acupuncture points,whereas the acupuncture at acupoints group and the Qianci acupuncture at acupoints group both selected Tianzhu(BL 10),Fengchi(GB 20),Jing-jiaji,Ashi,Quchi(LI 11),and Waiguan(TE 5)points as acupuncture points,and received conventional acupuncture therapy and Qianci acupuncture therapy,respectively.The three groups were compared in terms of the Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire(NPQ)scale,the Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores,and muscle tone of local soft tissues before and after the treatment,as well as clinical efficacy.Results After the treatment,the NPQ scores and SF-MPQ scores,the muscle tone of neck and shoulder soft tissues were lower in the three groups as compared with those before the treatment;moreover,the Qianci acupuncture at reaction points group was superior to the acupuncture at acupoints and Qianci acupuncture at acupoints groups in the scores for various items and the muscle tone of neck and shoulder soft tissues(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Qianci acupuncture at reaction points group was higher than those of the acupuncture at acupoints and Qianci acupuncture at acupoints groups(97.7%vs.81.8%and 34.8%,all P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Qianci acupuncture at reaction points has definite therapeutic efficacy for cervical spondylosis of neck type,which can significantly ameliorate patients'neck pain symptom and decrease the muscle tone of neck and shoulder soft tissues of patients,exerting better effects than conventional acupuncture or Qianci acupuncture at acupoints.
