摘要
针对迁安中化公司焦炉炭化时间延长后,焦油乳化现象严重,造成焦油脱水困难的问题,进行了焦油乳化原因分析和焦油组分检测。结果发现,炭化时间大于36 h后,焦炉炉顶空间温度降低,致使焦油二次裂解减少、密度变小,且焦油中亲水性含氧官能团醇羟基增加和2~3环芳香烃含量的增加,是焦油乳化主要原因。通过在循环氨水系统和成品罐中添加YH-601型聚醚复配破乳剂,使得离心机后焦油水分控制在5%~15%,静置脱水后外销焦油水分小于4%;成品罐焦油破乳后水分2.6%,实现了降低焦油水分的目的。
With the extension of the coke oven carbonization time of Qian’an Zhonghua Co., the tar emulsification was very serious, resulting in the difficulty of tar dehydration. Through tar emulsification cause analysis and tar component test, it was found that when the carbonization time was more than 36 hours, the temperature in the coke oven top space decreased,resulting in the reduction of secondary cracking and density of the tar, and the increase of hydrophilic oxygen-containing functional group alcohol hydroxyl group and 2-3 cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in tar was also the main cause of tar emulsification. By adding demulsifier to the circulating aqueous ammonia system and the product tank, the tar moisture after the centrifuge was controlled at 5% to 15%, the moisture of sold tar after settlement and dehydration was less than 4%, and the moisture content of the demulsified tar in the product tank was 2.6%, achieving the purpose of reducing the moisture of tar.
