介孔二氧化硅作为基因递送载体的研究进展

摘要 介孔二氧化硅因其孔径大小可调、比表面积大、表面易于修饰、生物相容性较佳在基因递送领域已开展了深入的研究。本文总结了介孔二氧化硅的种类与合成以及其对DNA、siRNA、mRNA的递送方面的工作,进一步展望其在关于新冠病毒基因疗法中的应用。 Mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs)have been deeply researched in the field of gene delivery due to their noticeable advantages which including,pore-size tunability,large surface area,modifiability and biocompatibility.This article summarized the types and synthesis of MSN and its delivery of DNA,siRNA,and mRNA,and further prospects its application in gene therapy for COVID-19.
