摘要
目的探讨医护一体化模式联合术后康复训练对发育性髋关节脱位患儿疼痛程度及并发症的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年7月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的90例发育性髋关节脱位患儿。根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,各45例。给予对照组患者常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合医护一体化模式联合术后康复训练。比较两组住院指标、髋关节功能(FMA下肢运动量表)、疼痛程度、并发症、护理满意度。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、6 d,观察组FMA评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对发育性髋关节脱位患儿采用医护一体化模式联合术后康复训练,可增强肢体功能训练效果,降低并发症风险,有助于缓解术后疼痛。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical care mode combined with postoperative rehabilitation training on pain degree and complications of children with developmental dislocation of hip joint.Methods From January 2019 to July 2021,90 children with developmental dislocation of hip joint were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.According to the order of admission,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing care,while those in observation group were combined with medical care integration mode and postoperative rehabilitation training.The hospitalization index,hip function(FMA lower limb exercise scale),pain degree,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd and 6th day after operation,the FMA score of observation group was higher than that of control group,but the pain score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of medical care and rehabilitation training for children with developmental dislocation of hip can enhance the effect of limb function training,reduce the risk of complications and help to relieve postoperative pain.
