摘要
经皮给药作为一种非侵入式药物递送方式,与传统的注射、口服等给药方式相比具有许多优势。皮肤外用局部麻醉剂不仅能缓解穿刺、针灸、活检等医疗手段引起的皮肤浅表创伤性疼痛,还能避免注射麻醉导致的注射部位疼痛,具有给药方便、安全性高等优点。近年来,各种纳米制剂被用作局部麻醉药经皮给药的载体,与传统皮肤外用制剂相比,纳米制剂可显著提高载药量,药物透皮吸收的效果也更为理想。本文对各种纳米制剂及其在局部麻醉药经皮给药方面的应用进行综述,介绍促进纳米制剂经皮渗透的方法,为研制出临床治疗所需的皮肤外用局部麻醉剂提供参考。
As a non-invasive drug delivery method,transdermal drug delivery has many advantages compared with traditional drug delivery methods such as injection and oral administration.Topical local anesthetics can not only relieve the superficial traumatic pain of the skin caused by medical methods such as puncture,acupuncture and biopsy,but also avoid the pain at the injection site caused by injection anesthesia.It has the characteristics of convenient administration and high safety,and is favored by the majority of patients.In recent years,various nano-preparations have been used as carriers for the transdermal administration of local anesthetics.Research data shows that compared with traditional skin external preparations,nano-preparations can significantly increase drug loading and have better drug transdermal absorption.This article reviews various nano-preparations and their application in the percutaneous administration of local anesthetics,and introduces methods to promote the percutaneous penetration of nano-preparations,which provides a reference for the development of topical skin anesthetics for clinical treatment.
