摘要
智慧供应链金融是产业、科技和金融的结合体,三者缺一不可:产业是根基,科技是手段,金融是纽带。基于产业和科技协同的供应链金融得到大量实践,形成了全科技型、行业型和场景型的发展模式,与此同时产业平台主导的供应链金融起到了引领和推动作用。目前,智慧供应链金融模式尚在探索实践中,产业链管控能力有限,成熟的合作机制缺乏。基于此,本文建议从产业集群层面、金融服务层面和政策支持层面对其加以优化改进。
Smart Supply Chain Finance is a combination of industry,technology,and finance,which are indispensable.That means industry is the foundation and technology is the means while finance is the link.The supply chain finance based on the synergy of industry and technology has been practiced a lot,forming a full-tech,industry-based and scene-based development model.At the same time,the supply chain finance led by the industrial platform has played a leading and promoting role.At present,the smart supply chain finance model is still being explored in practice,with limited industrial chain management and control capabilities and lack of mature cooperation mechanisms.Therefore,this paper suggests optimizing it from the level of industrial clusters,financial services and policy support.
