摘要
目的应用智能健康监测系统采集诸暨市中青年居民相关信息,对患慢性病的相关因素进行分析。方法在诸暨市各行政区医院体检中心设立监测点,采用电脑随机抽样方法选取546名中青年。应用智能健康监测系统对纳入中青年居民的慢性病患病情况及相关影响因素进行收集与分析,采用单因素分析、Logistic回归分析调查居民慢性病影响因素。结果被调查居民中有213人(39.01%)患慢性病,是否患慢性病居民间的年龄、BMI、文化程度、收入水平、婚姻状况、饮酒情况、身体活动量及血压、尿酸、血糖、血脂的监测频率,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄超过50周岁、超重或肥胖、文化程度低、每月饮酒次数≥5次、身体活动量<5000步/d、从未测量血压、从未测量尿酸均为患慢性病的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论诸暨市中青年居民患慢性病与高龄、超重及肥胖、文化程度低、饮酒频率高、活动量不足以及缺乏体检意识有关。
Objective To collect the relevant information of middle-aged and young residents in Zhuji using intelligent health monitoring system,and to analyze the factors related to the incidence of chronic diseases.Methods The monitoring points were set up in the physical examination centers of hospitals in various administrative districts in Zhuji.546 middle-aged and young residents were selected by method of computer random sampling.The intelligent health monitoring system was used to collect and analyze the incidence of chronic diseases in the middle-aged and young residents enrolled and its related influencing factors.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of chronic diseases in residents.Results There were 213(39.01%)residents who were investigated had chronic diseases.There were statistically significant differences in age,BMI,education level,income level,marital status,alcohol consumption,physical activity and the monitoring frequencies of blood pressure,uric acid,blood glucose and blood lipids between patients with or without chronic diseases(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that over 50 years old,overweight or obesity,low education level,monthly drinking times≥5,physical activity<5000 steps/d and non-monitoring of blood pressure and uric acid were risk factors of chronic diseases(P<0.05).Conclusions In Zhuji,the occurrence of chronic diseases in middle-aged and young residents is related to advanced age,overweight or obesity,low education level,high drinking frequency,insufficient activity and lack of awareness of physical examination.
