摘要
目的研究中医康复干预对肺癌术后患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法分析医院胸外科在2020年1月—2021年3月收治的60例肺癌术后患者。采用随机分组的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。其中对照组的患者采用术后常规的护理方法。观察组在实施常规护理的同时给予患者中医康复干预护理。结果在进行干预2个月后,观察组患者术后临床症状的评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,肺功能改善情况明显优于对照组,上述数据组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医康复干预能够有效改善患者的肺功能情况,缓解患者术后的不适症状,提高了患者的生活质量,对患者术后康复有重要意义,是临床术后治疗的重要手段。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on pulmonary function and quality of life of postoperative patients with lung cancer.Methods 60 postoperative patients with lung cancer treated in thoracic surgery of our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were analyzed.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine postoperative nursing methods.The observation group was given TCM rehabilitation intervention nursing while implementing routine nursing,and compared.Results after 2 months of intervention,the score of postoperative clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the improvement of pulmonary function was significantly better than that in the control group.The difference between the above data groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients,alleviate the postoperative discomfort symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is of great significance to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.It is an important means of clinical postoperative treatment.
