摘要
肿瘤浸润B细胞(Tumor-infiltrating B cells,TIBs)主要游离于肿瘤组织中或浸润在肿瘤组织内部的三级淋巴结构内,通过分泌细胞因子以及表面膜识别受体来发挥对肿瘤细胞的杀伤或局部免疫系统的调节作用。文章综述了近期TIBs在肿瘤组织中对T细胞调控方面的研究进展,期冀为利用TIBs作为可能的肿瘤生物标志物和潜在的肿瘤治疗靶点提供一些新的思路。
TIBs were mainly free in tumor tissues or infiltrate in tertiary lymphatic structures within tumor tissues,by secreting cytokines and surface membrane recognition receptors to play a role in killing tumor cells or regulating the local immune system.The recent advances in the regulation of T cells by TIBS in tumor tissues were reviewed in this article.It was hoped to provide some novel ideas for the use of TIBS as a possible tumor biomarker and a potential tumor therapeutic target.
