摘要
目的 研究聚卡波非钙对妊娠期便秘的治疗效果和安全性。方法 260例妊娠期便秘妇女被随机分为两组:对照组130例,基本治疗(临床护理、心理疏导、饮食干预)+小麦纤维素颗粒(3.5 g/次,一日3次,口服);观察组130例,基本治疗+聚卡波非钙片(1.0 g/次,一日3次,口服)。疗程为14 d,采用Bristol等级评分表打分,记录患者排便次数并统计患者痔疮和肛裂改善情况,评价患者便秘严重程度和治疗效果。结果 治疗14 d后,观察组和对照组总有效率分别为92.31%和68.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组中肛裂、痔疮得以缓解的有效率分别为53.85%和31.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组及对照组的不良反应发生率分别为6.92%及4.62%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,终止治疗2 w后,观察组复发率为7.69%,低于对照组(36.15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 聚卡波非钙片可有效安全地改善妊娠期便秘情况。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of calcium polycarbophil on constipation during pregnancy.Methods A total of 260 pregnant women with constipation were randomly divided into the observation group (130 cases) and the control group (130 cases).The control group was treated with basic treatment (clinical care,psychological counseling and dietary intervention) with testa triticum tricum purif (3.5 g every time,3 times a day,orally),combined the observation group was given calcium polycarbophil tablets (1 g every time,3 times a day,orally) with basic treatment.The course of treatment is 14 days.Bristol score was used to record the frequency of defecations,the improvement of hemorrhoids and anal fissure,evaluate the severity of constipation and therapeutic effect.Results After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 92.31% and 68.46% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of anal fissure and hemorrhoids relief in the observation group and the control group was 53.8% and 31.9% respectively,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observed and control groups was 6.92% and 4.62%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).In addition,2 weeks after the termination of treatment,the recurrence rate in the observed group was 7.69%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (36.15%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium polycarbophil can effectively and safely improve constipation during pregnancy.
