摘要
目的分析认知知觉功能障碍训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法选择2017年4月—2020年4月该院收治的80例慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照患者干预方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规抗精神病药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受认知知觉功能障碍训练。比较两组干预前后的护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)评分和康复状态量表(MRSS)评分。结果除激惹评分外,观察组患者干预后NOSIE各因子评分均明显优于对照组,MRSS总分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性精神分裂症患者实施认知知觉功能障碍训练,能够提升患者的认知功能、社会功能以及生活质量,可进一步在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of cognitive and perceptual dysfunction training on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the different intervention methods of the patients,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional antipsychotic treatment,and patients in the observation group received cognitive and perceptual dysfunction training on the basis of the control group.The nurses’observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)score and morningside rehabilitation status scale(MRSS)score before and after the intervention were compared between the groups.Results Except for the agitation score,the NOSIE factor scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after intervention,and the total score of MRSS was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic schizophrenia are trained for cognitive and perceptual dysfunction,which can improve their cognitive function,social function and quality of life,and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
