摘要
目的探讨早期康复治疗对脑外伤偏瘫患者功能恢复及生活能力的影响。方法选取2016年12月—2020年7月该院收治的颅脑外伤偏瘫患者112例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=56)与研究组(n=56)。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用早期康复治疗,对两组患者功能恢复情况及生活能力改善情况进行观察并比较。结果治疗后,研究组运动功能正常占比显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的日常生活能力评分(80.12±15.26)分显著高于对照组的(52.54±15.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(91.07%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑外伤偏瘫患者采用早期康复治疗的效果显著,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation treatment on the functional recovery and living ability of patients with hemiplegia due to traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 112 patients with hemiplegia due to traumatic brain injury admitted to the hospital from December 2016 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=56)and a study group(n=56)by random number method.The control group used conventional treatment,and the study group used early rehabilitation treatment.The functional recovery and improvement of life ability of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the proportion of normal motor function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of ability of daily living of the study group was(80.12±15.26)points,which was significantly higher than the control group’s(52.54±15.92)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(91.07%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy for patients with hemiplegia due to traumatic brain injury has a significant effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
