摘要
三元层状材料LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)凭借其超高的能量密度、低廉的成本以及对环境友好等优势,被广泛应用于电动汽车、储能设备、3C产品等领域,但该材料存在倍率性能差、热稳定性差、导电率低等缺点,严重制约着锂离子电池行业的发展。本文综述了正极材料LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)的制备及改性研究进展,重点讨论了其制备方法及包覆、掺杂等改性方法对材料的充放电容量、循环性能、倍率性能等的影响,分析了富镍三元正极材料当前仍面临的技术问题及相应解决方法,并展望其未来的应用及研究方向。
Ternary layered material LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)is widely used in electric vehicles,energy storage equipment,3C products and other equipment because of its ultra-high energy density,low cost and environmental friendliness.The material also has the disadvantages of poor rate performance,poor thermal stability and low conductivity,which seriously restricts the development of lithium battery industry.This paper summarizes the research progress on the preparation and modification of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cathode material,focuses on the effects of its preparation methods and modification methods such as coating and doping on the charge discharge capacity,cycle performance and rate performance of the material,and analyzes the technical problems and corresponding solutions of nickel rich ternary cathode material.Its future application and research direction are prospected.
