摘要
近些年,我国在性别平等方面的世界排名不容乐观,在《2021年全球性别差距报告》中,中国整体排名第107位,越来越多的女孩被“失踪”,面临着较为严峻的性别失衡现象的考验。文章通过既有文献的整理和调查,以“失踪女孩”为研究对象,从“失踪女孩”——聚焦出生人口性别比、“失踪女孩”漏而不报的现象解读——女孩并未失踪、“失踪女孩”漏而不报的原因——基层治理的社会逻辑、“失踪女孩”漏而不报后——女孩不用“被失踪”四个方面,对“失踪女孩”人口普查中出生人口性别比例失衡的差异性现象进行解读。
In recent years,our country’s world ranking in gender equality has not been optimistic.In the 2021 Global Gender gap report,China ranked 107 th overall,with more and more girls being“Missing.”,facing the more severe gender imbalance phenomenon of the test.Through the collation and investigation of the existing literature,the article takes the“Missing girl”as the object of study,from the perspective of“Missing girls”-focusing on the sex ratio at birth and the phenomenon of“Missing girls”not being reported-the reasons why girls are not missing and“Missing girls”not being reported-the social logic of grass-roots governance and the social logic of“Missing girls”not being reported-the girl does not need to be“Missing”,this paper interprets the gender imbalance of the birth population in the census of“Missing girls”.
