摘要
基于全寿命周期成本分析理论,以苏州轨道交通1号线为例,研究城市轨道交通全寿命周期各阶段成本划分及构成。通过对历年数据的归纳分析,结合设备各阶段维修策略,分析了1号线运营期间各专业的运维成本,并预测了1号线全寿命周期内的维修成本。有关数据可作为城市轨道交通运营企业提值、降本增效及并探究运营可持续发展策略的决策依据。
Based on full life cycle cost analysis theory,taking Suzhou Rail Transit Line 1 as an example,the cost categorization and composition at each stage of urban rail transit full life cycle is studied.By summarizing and analyzing data from past years,considering maintenance strategy of equipment at each stage,the operation and maintenance cost of each specialty of Line 1 during operation is analyzed,and the maintenance cost of Line 1 in full life cycle is predicted.Relevant data can be used as decision-making reference for urban rail transit enterprises value increase,cost decrease and efficiency improvement,and sustainable operation strategy exploration.
