摘要
目的:探讨神经内镜微创手术及术后电针刺激对高血压脑出血患者神经功能的影响。方法:选取2018年2月~2020年2月收治的88例高血压脑出血患者,按照随机数字法分为常规组和电针组,均44例,两组患者均进行神经内镜微创手术,术后常规组进行常规治疗,电针组在上一组治疗方法上进行电针干预,观察两组患者神经功能、认知功能及血清炎性因子水平比较。结果:治疗前,常规组及电针组患者神经功能SSS评分及日常运动BI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2个疗程后,两组SSS评分及BI评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),电针组上述指标高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前认知功能指标定向、视运动、知觉、思维能力及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后认知功能指标均升高,电针组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后血清IL-2升高,TNF-α及IL-6降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),电针组与常规组有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者采用神经内镜微创手术及术后进行电针治疗能够显著改善患者神经及认知功能的同时发挥抑炎作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery and postoperative electrical acupuncture stimulation on the nerve function of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method A total of 88 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into routine group and electroacupuncture group according to the random number method,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were intraneurally.Microscopic minimally invasive surgery was used into two groups.The routine group received conventional treatment after the operation,and the electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture intervention on the previous group of treatment methods,Heurological function,cognitive function and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the differences in neurological SSS score and daily exercise BI score of patients between the routine group and the electroacupuncture group were not significant(P>0.05).After two courses of treatment,the SSS score and BI score of the two groups increased(P<0.05),the above indicators in the electroacupuncture group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the differences in the orientation,visual movement,perception,thinking ability and total score between the two groups before treatment were not significant(P>0.05),and the cognition indicators were all increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of indicators of electroacupuncture group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the levels of serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6 before treatment between the two groups were not insignificant(P>0.05).After treatment,serum IL-2 significantly increased,TNF-α and IL-6 signifiourtly decreased(P<0.05),there were significant differences between the electroacupuncture group and the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery and postoperative ele
