摘要
我国图书出版市场混乱,精品科技图书出版困难。文章采用实际调查、案例分析、文献研究、统计类比等方法,归纳目前我国图书出版乱象的种类,分析出版市场混乱的原因。提出通过学术机构订单式选题、出版社精准派单式组稿、高端作者接单式潜心著作、出版社全方位包装打磨、精品科技图书反哺作者及相关机构,构建学术主导型精品科技图书出版生态系统,以促进我国科技兴国战略的稳步推进。
The book publishing market of our country is chaotic,and the publishing of high-quality scientific and technological books is difficult.By means of practical investigation,case analysis,literature research and statistical analogy,this paper summarizes the kinds of book publishing disorder in China and analyzes the causes of the disorder in the publishing market.This paper proposes to construct an academically oriented publishing ecosystem for high-quality scientific and technological books by academic institution ordering topic selection,press precise distribution type solicitation,receiving works by high-end authors with concentration,press all-round packaging and polishing,feeding authors and related institutions with high-quality scientific and technological books,in order to steadily advance the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and technology.
