摘要
设计研究构建黑龙江省级基础地理信息数据库,将全省DLG、DOM、DRG、卫星遥感影像、控制点、像控点、激光点云等基础地理信息数据入库,开发数据库管理系统,具备成果管理、数据查询、数据提取和数据制图等服务能力,便于全省基础测绘成果的集中管理,可快速为各行业应用提供基础地理信息服务保障,进行更加规范的数据存储。
In order to facilitate the unified management and utilization of Heilongjiang provincial basic geographic information data, the Heilongjiang provincial basic geographic information database is designed and constructed, and the provincial basic geographic information data results, such as DLG, DOM, DRG, satellite images, control points, point clouds, are put into the database. It has the service capabilities of data results management, data query, data extraction and data mapping, and provides service guarantee for the application of basic geographic information in various industries.
