摘要
基于光度滴定法,矿冶科技集团有限公司设计了BOTA-PH矿浆pH分析仪。本文主要介绍了该仪器的工作原理、组成结构、特点和现场工业应用效果。经过连续2个多月的工业实验,验证了该仪器测量精度高、维护量小,且能够实现闭环连锁控制等特点,解决了矿浆pH值测量困难的问题,为选矿厂带来了可观的经济效益。
Based on photometric titration,BGRIMM Technology Group designs the BOTA-PH slurry pH titrimeter.This paper introduces mainly the operating principle,composition and structure,characteristics,industrial application effect and so on for the meter.After more than 2 months of continuous industrial experiments,the meter is proved that it owns some characteristics,such as the high measurement accuracy,low maintenance,meanwhile,can realize the closed loop interlocking control.The meter has solved the difficult problem of pH measurement of slurry and brought considerable economic benefits to the concentrating mill,which has been well received by the owners.
