摘要
因地处云贵高原,很多地方常年云雾遮盖,贵州省高分辨率卫星影像获取难度很大,同时由于地理环境特殊,贵州省未曾有一套覆盖全省的可靠高精度控制资料。本次项目面积覆盖全省17.6万km^(2),而实际影像获取超过100万km^(2),影像使用率仅约17%,使用影像种类包含了BJ2、GF2、WV03、WV04等多达18类。同区域的影像重复覆盖及多种类的影像混合使用在平面精度、接边精度控制以及全省影像的色彩过渡等方面对正射影像生产造成了很大困难,本文就该问题研究了一套高效可行的解决办法,形成成果有力的支撑了贵州省内诸多行业的数据需求。
Because it is located in the Yunnan Guizhou Plateau.It is very difficult to obtain high-resolution satellite images in Guizhou Province because many places are covered by clouds all the year round.At the same time,due to the special geographical environment,Guizhou Province has not had a set of reliable and high-precision control data covering the whole province.This project covers 176 thousand km^(2) of the province,while the actual image acquisition is more than 1 million km^(2),and the image utilization rate is only about 17%.There are 18 kinds of images including BJ2,GF2,WV03 and WV04.It is very difficult to produce digital orthophoto image in the aspects of plane precision or edge precision control and colour transition of the whole province when the same area of image is repeatedly covered and multiple kinds of images are mixed.This paper studies a set of efficient and feasible solutions to this problem,and the results strongly support the data demand of many industries in Guizhou Province.
