摘要
目的探究再创造式音乐治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者自尊感和康复疗效的影响。方法60例康复期精神分裂症患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者接受常规药物治疗和工娱治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上接受再创造式音乐治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的罗森伯格自尊量表(SES)、住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者的SES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的SES评分(19.83±3.84)分高于对照组的(16.90±1.77)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、关心兴趣评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、关心兴趣评分及总分分别为(12.77±1.91)、(10.00±2.15)、(5.80±1.75)、(11.63±2.83)、(44.60±6.73)分,低于对照组的(16.00±2.20)、(11.93±2.12)、(6.90±1.13)、(14.57±2.13)、(55.20±7.87)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论再创造式音乐治疗有利于提高康复期精神分裂症患者的自尊感及康复疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of creative music therapy on self-esteem and rehabilitation efficacy of patients with schizophrenia in convalescence.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia in convalescence were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional drug therapy and occupational and recreational treatment,while patients in the experimental group received creative music therapy on the basis of the control group.The scores of Rosenberger's self-esteem scale(SES)score and inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome rating scale(IPROS)score(IPROS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SES scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SES score(19.83±3.84)points of the experimental group was higher than(16.90±1.77)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of occupational therapy,living ability,social ability,caring interest and total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of occupational therapy,living ability,social ability,caring interest and total score of the patients in the experimental group were(12.77±1.91),(10.00±2.15),(5.80±1.75),(11.63±2.83),and(44.60±6.73)points,which were lower than(16.00±2.20),(11.93±2.12),(6.90±1.13),(14.57±2.13),and(55.20±7.87)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Creative music therapy is beneficial to improve the self-esteem and rehabilitation efficacy of patients with schizophrenic in convalescent.
