摘要 我国医药企业置身于激烈的世界医药竞争市场,面临前所未有的挑战和机遇,急需既懂药物生产技术与工艺,又懂医药质量管理与控制的新复合型医药人才。制药工程专业的人才培养更应紧跟医药市场需求步伐,精准定位。以应用型、技术型、服务型、创新型制药人才的培养目标为导向,合理构建工程模块课程体系,培养学生工程应用实践能力;通过构建药学模块课程体系,提升学生药学服务实践能力。制药工程专业课程体系既要彰显特色,又要充分体现厚基础、宽口径、能力强的应用型人才培养特点。 China’s pharmaceutical enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the fiercely competitive world pharmaceutical market.The new composite pharmaceutical talents who understand both drug production technology and process and pharmaceutical quality management and control are urgently needed.The training of pharmaceutical engineering professionals should follow the pace of pharmaceutical market demand and be precisely positioned.The training of pharmaceutical engineering talents should follow the pace of pharmaceutical market demand and be precisely positioned.Taking the cultivation objectives of applied,technical,service-oriented and innovative pharmaceutical talents as the guide,the curriculum system of engineering modules should be reasonably constructed to cultivate students’practical ability of engineering application.The curriculum system of engineering modules should be reasonably constructed to cultivate students’practical ability in engineering application;through the construction of pharmacy module curriculum system,students’practical ability in pharmacy service should be enhanced.The curriculum system of the pharmaceutical engineering major should not only highligh the characteristics of the major,but also fully reflect the characteristics of cultivating applied talents with thick foundation,wide calibre and strong ability.
