摘要
宽带化是公安信息化的必然方向,在日常勤务中类似移动警务等数据业务已经基于公网宽带无线网络开始使用,但是在复杂环境下,实时视频监控是关键业务,公网在网络可靠性方面不能完全满足,配套宽带专网是较好的解决方案。340MHz(336~344MHz)是公安可优先使用的应急图传频段,当前基本处于闲置状态,如何结合4G、5G关键技术来升级340 MHz技术,以满足复杂场景下的公安业务需求?文章系统性探讨了相关内容。
Broadband is the trend of public security informatization.In daily service,data services such as mobile police have been used based on the operator’s broadband network.However,in complex environments,real-time video monitoring is a key service,these scenarios are often not met by operator networks,and broadband private network is a better solution.340 MHz(336~344 MHz)is the emergency image transmission frequency band that can be used by public security first.At present,it is almost idle.How to upgrade 340 MHz technology in combination with 4G and 5g key technologies to meet the requirements of public security business in complex scenarios?This paper discusses the relevant contents.
