摘要
目的探讨精细化药房管理模式在社区医院草药房管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月—2020年2月北京市西城区展览路社区卫生服务中心的中草药处方,2018年3月—2019年2月实施草药房常规管理,2019年3月—2020年2月实施精细化药房管理模式,共200份。比较实施精细化管理前后中草药处方的平均调配时间、患者平均候药时间和工作人员满意度。结果实施后中草药处方平均调配时间、患者平均候药时间均低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后工作人员满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区医院草药房管理中,精细化药房管理模式可以降低处方平均调配时间和患者平均候药时间,并提高工作人员满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of refined pharmacy management mode in the management of herbal wards in community hospitals.Methods 400 reasonable prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine were selected from Zhanzhan Road community health service center in Xicheng District,Beijing from March 2018 to February 2020.Routine management of herbal medicine room was implemented from March 2018 to February 2019,and fine pharmacy management mode was implemented from March 2019 to February 2020,with 200 copies.The average dispensing time of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions,the average waiting time of patients and staff satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of fine management.Results After the implementation,the average dispensing time of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions and the average waiting time of the patients were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Staff satisfaction after implementation was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of herbal wards in community hospitals,the refined pharmacy management model can reduce the average prescription time and the average waiting time of patients.and improve staff satisfaction.It is worthy of further promotion and application in the management of herbal wards in community hospitals.
