部分甜菜登记品种的农艺性状分析

摘要 近年来引进国外甜菜品种种植面积占95%以上,亟待开展不同品种植株农艺性状差异分析研究。本试验搜集已登记使用的107份甜菜品种开展田间种植测试,筛选出具有高鉴别力的农艺性状,判定品种的特异性。参照《植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试指南糖用甜菜NY/T2482-2013》制定17项农艺性状调查项目和标准,将性状数据进行多样性和主成分分析,并将品种进行分类。试验结果表明,测量性状变异系数最大的是叶基部宽度(11.27%),最小的为叶片长度(6.86%)。观察性状的变异类型共41种,根长度的变异类型最多为5种。17项表型性状的辛普森指数在0.00~0.01,香农-维纳指数在4.53~4.67,Pielou均匀度指数在0.97~1.00。提取了前5个主成分进行分析,其累计贡献率为51.13%,第一主成分为块根根形指数,第二主成分归结为叶面积,第三、四及五主成分均能归纳为叶片生长指数。叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶柄长度、叶基部宽度、根长度、根宽度及根长宽比这7个性状具有较高的差异性,可作为品种鉴定的核心性状。根据各因子cos2值在主成分中所占贡献率将107份甜菜品种分为了4个类群,可将107份甜菜品种全部区分。 In recent years,foreign beet varieties account for more than 90%of the planting area,it is urgent to carry out research on agronomic trait analysis of different beet variety.107 sugar beet varieties were collected for field planting tests to screen out agronomic traits with high discriminatory power to determine the specificity of varieties.A total of 17 items and criteria for agronomic trait investigation were developed with reference to the Guide for Testing Specificity,Consistency and Stability of New Plant Varieties Sugar Beet NY/T2482-2013,and the trait data were subjected to trait diversity and principal component analysis,and the varieties were classified.The test results showed that the largest coefficient of variation for the measured traits was 11.27% for leaf basal width(LBW)and the smallest was 6.86%for leaf length(LL).A total of 41 types of variation were observed for the traits,and the maximum number of variation types was 5 for root length.The Simpson’s index for the 17 phenotypic traits ranged from 0.00 to 0.01,the Shannon-Wiener’s diversity index from 4.53 to 4.67,and the Pielou evenness index from 0.97 to 1.00.The first five principal components were extracted for analysis and their cumulative contribution was 51.13%,the first principal component was attributed to the tuber root shape index,and the second principal component was attributed to leaf area.The third,fourth and fifth principal components could be attributed to the leaf growth index.The seven traits of leaf length(LL),leaf width(LW),petiole length(PL)and leaf base width(LBW),root length(RL),root width(RW)and root length to width ratio(RLWR)had high variability and served as the core traits for variety identification.The 107 sugar beet varieties were divided into four groups based on the contribution of each factor cos2 value in the principal components,which distinguished all107 sugar beet varieties.
