摘要
采用尼尔森选矿机等重力选矿方式配合浮选作业,已是贵金属选矿厂的重要生产工艺模式。某矿山在实际使用尼尔森选矿机时传动皮带经常断裂,造成溢浆现象,导致贵金属流失,造成经济损失,且容易引发环保事故。通过研究尼尔森选矿机的工艺特性,找出传动皮带频繁断裂的原因,研发了尼尔森选矿机断带保护技术。通过在尼尔森选矿机启动电路中加装变频器将电动机直启变为软启,缓解了因设备启停频繁对传动皮带造成的冲击;根据传动皮带断裂后的电流异常特性,编写了电流保护程序,利用自动化控制系统对尼尔森选矿机电流进行监测,可及时发现传动皮带断裂故障。该技术应用后,每年可减少贵金属流失损失20多万元。
Gravity separation with Nelson concentrator assisted by flotation is an important production process pattern adopted in precious metals concentrators.The convey belt frequently breaks when a mine uses Nelson concentrator in actual production, causing pulp overflows and precious metal loss, probably leading to economic loss and environmental accidents.By studying the technical characteristics of Nelson concentrator and finding out the reasons of frequent conveyor belt break, belt break protection technology for Nelson concentrator is developed.The addition of frequency convertor to the starting circuit of Nelson concentrator converts direct start of electric motors to soft start, and alleviates the impact of frequent start to conveyor belt;based on the current anomaly characteristics after the belt break, current protection is programmed.Automated control system is used to monitor Nelson concentrator so that the belt break can be found in time.The application of the technology can reduce precious metal loss that is worth about 0.2 million yuan annually.
