组蛋白甲基化转移酶SETD2在肺腺癌中作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 表观遗传调控在肿瘤的发生、发展和治疗中起重要作用。组蛋白甲基化转移酶SETD2是表观遗传调节中的一个重要基因。SETD2与细胞生物合成有关,其突变或功能丧失可导致下游信号通路激活促进癌症发生。SETD2被证实在肾透明细胞癌、白血病、脑胶质瘤及肺腺癌肿瘤组织中发生突变。本文就SETD2在肺腺癌中作用的研究进展作一综述。 Epigenetic regulation plays an important role in the occurrence,development and treatment of tumors.Histone methyltransferase SET domain-containing 2(SETD2)is an important gene in epigenetic regulation.SETD2 is correlated with cell biosynthesis,its mutation or deletion of function leads to the activation of downstream signal pathway and promotes the occurrence of carcinogenesis.SETD2 mutation has been confirmed in renal clear cell carcinoma,leukemia,brain glioma and lung adenocarcinoma.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of SETD2 mutation and deletion in the occurrence,development,chemoresistance and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
