摘要
新医科背景下,如何培养综合应用型医学人才已经是教学改革探索的热门话题。随着“三孩”政策放开,遗传咨询技能的培养也愈发具有重要的实际意义。文章通过调查某普通本科院校医学部学生对遗传咨询的了解程度及对教学情况的建议,了解目前教学模式不足的同时,在今后教学中提高学生对遗传咨询的认识,拓展就业视野,增加临床实践机会与方式,改革教学和考核模式,探索创新应用型医学人才培养模式,以期培养新型医学人才。
Under the background of“new medicine”,how to cultivate comprehensive applied medical talents has become a hot topic in the exploration of teaching reform.With the introduction of the three-child policy,genetic counseling are gaining in importance,and a survey was conducted to investigate medical students’understanding of genetic counseling and their opinions on teaching.The findings revealed problems in current teaching model,and the teachers are expected to raise the awareness of genetic counseling in students,expand the scope of employment,increase the opportunities and methods of clinical practice,reform the teaching and assessment mode,explore innovative training mode of applied medical talents,so that new medical talents can be cultivated.
