摘要
目的探究神经节苷脂在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于湛江市霞山区妇幼保健院就诊的63例HIE患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为参考组(n=31)与观察组(n=32)。两组均接受常规治疗,参考组在此基础上加用胞磷胆碱钠,观察组则予以神经节苷脂。比较两组治疗前、治疗7 d后的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平。结果治疗后,观察组的SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)高于参考组,PaCO_(2)、hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-1β低于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂应用于HIE治疗,有助于改善患儿缺氧状态,减少缺氧状态下的机体损伤。
Objective To explore the application value of Ganglioside in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods A total of 63 HIE children treated in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiashan District,Zhanjiang City from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as study objects,and divided into the reference group(n=31)and the observation group(n=32)according to random number table method.Both groups received routine treatment,the reference group was additionally given Citicoline Sodium,and the observation group was given Ganglioside.The levels of arterial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were compared between the two groups before treatment and 7 days after treatment.Results After treatment,SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) in observation group were higher than those in reference group,PaCO_(2),hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-1βwere lower than those in reference group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Ganglioside in HIE treatment can help to improve the hypoxia state of children and reduce the body damage under hypoxia state.
