摘要
为能科学合理地规划养老用地的选址,以POI数据为基础,结合长沙市交通、医疗、公园和工厂等的分布特征,运用GIS空间分析长沙市养老设施布局及适宜性.结果显示:选址适宜性程度呈现中心向四周递减的空间形态;适宜性高的主要分布在岳麓区、天心区、雨花区、开福区、芙蓉区与望城区和长沙县毗邻长沙市城区的位置;从高适宜性用地所占各区(县、市)面积比例来看,6个城区的大于3个县(市).最后从适宜性、自然条件和土地集约节约利用角度提出规划选址建议.
In order to scientifically and reasonably plan the site selection for the elders,based on POI data and the land use data,combining with the distribution characteristics of urban public traffic,medical care,park and factory distance,this paper evaluated the layout of facilities for elders and site selection suitability by the means of GIS spatial analysis.The conclusions are as follows:site selection suitability was decreased as the spatial variation from center to all sides.The higher suitability zone is located in Yuelu district,Tianxin district,Yuhua district,Kaifu district,Furong district,and the adjoining areas of Wangcheng and Changsha county.The proportion of higher suitability of six urban districts are greater than three counties(cities).Finally,some advices were given from the view point of suitability,natural condition and intensive and economical utilization of land.
