基于Adams的烟条自动清洁装置的设计及运动仿真 被引量:2

摘要 【背景和目的】为降低卷接机故障停机时间,提高设备生产效率,设计了一款适用于单通道卷烟设备的烟条自动清洁装置。【方法】该装置采用活动式导烟杆的设计,有效实现烟条输送通道的自动清理功能,并基于Adams软件分析了气缸滑块与活动导烟杆的运动特征,以及不同工作压力下活动导烟杆的锁紧力和冲击力变化。【结果】以ZJ17S型卷烟机为对象进行测试,结果表明:烟条自动清洁装置安装后,清理成功率达98.9%,停机清洁时间由32.9 s降低至10.8 s,清洁效率提升67.2%,且不会影响烟支质量。【结论】改进后的设备可以有效提高生产效率,减少操作人员劳动强度。 [Background] In order to reduce the downtime of cigarette making and plug assembling machine and improve the production efficiency of the equipment, an automatic cigarette cleaning device for single channel cigarette equipment was designed. [Methods] The device adopts the movable cigarette guide rod, which effectively realizes the automatic cleaning function of cigarette conveying channel.Based on ADAMS, the movement characteristics of cylinder slider and movable cigarette guide rod, as well as the change of locking force and impact force of movable cigarette guide rod under different working pressures were analyzed. [Results] Taking ZJ17S cigarette making and plug assembling machine as the test object, the results showed that after the installation of automatic cigarette cleaning device, the cleaning success rate reached 98.9%, the cleaning time was reduced from 32.9s to 10.8s, the cleaning efficiency was increased by 67.2%,and the quality of cigarettes was not affected. [Conclusion] The improved equipment can improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
