摘要
目的 通过焦点解决短期团体辅导促进医学生的人际交往能力的提高。方法 某医学院校40名医学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组开展8次焦点解决短期团体辅导的心理干预,以《人际关系诊断量表》为医学生人际关系改善的衡量指标。结果 实验组医学生人际关系的交谈维度、待人接物维度、与异性交往维度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 焦点解决短期团体辅导可以降低医学生人际困扰的程度,促进其人际关系的发展。
Objective To improve the interpersonal skills of medical students through focus solution short-term group counseling.Methods Forty medical students in a medical college were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group carried out eight psychological interventions focusing on short-term group counseling,and took the interpersonal relationship diagnosis scale as the measurement index of the improvement of interpersonal relationship of medical students.Results The dimensions of interpersonal relationship in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Focus solution short-term group counseling can reduce the degree of interpersonal distress of medical students and promote the development of their interpersonal relationship.
