摘要
目的:探究不孕女性在辅助生殖助孕期间睡眠质量与OPU试管婴儿成功率的相关性。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月中山市博爱医院生殖分院收治的不孕女性86例作为研究对象,根据OPU试管婴儿成功率分为失败组(n=48)和成功组(n=38),比较2组患者睡眠质量及精神症状。结果:成功组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)7个不同维度评分均较失败组低(P<0.05);成功组精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)10个不同维度的评分均较失败组低(P<0.05);且经Pearson相关性分析显示,不孕女性在辅助生殖助孕期间其精神症状与睡眠质量有着密切关联(r=0.784,P<0.05)。结论:不孕女性OPU试管婴儿成功率与睡眠质量及精神症状呈密切相关性,应采取针对性干预措施,改善患者的睡眠质量及精神症状,提高不孕女性OPU试管婴儿的成功率。
Objective:To explore the correlation between sleep quality and success rate of OPU in infertile women during assisted reproductive pregnancy.Methods:A total of 86 infertile women were selected from January 2019 to December 2020 in Zhongshan Boai Hospital for the study.According to the success rate of OPU,they were divided into the failure group(n=48)and the success group(n=38),and the sleep quality and mental symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of 7 different dimensions of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the successful pregnancy group were lower than those in the failed group(P<0.05).The scores of 10 different dimensions of SCL-90 in the success group were lower than those in the failure group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a close correlation between mental symptoms and sleep quality in infertile women during assisted reproduction and pregnancy(r=0.784,P<0.05).Conclusion:The success rate of OPU in infertile women is closely correlated with sleep quality and mental symptoms,and intervention should be taken to improve sleep quality and mental symptoms.
