摘要
应用设备综合故障诊断系统,对干熄焦循环风机轴承存在的异常振动故障信号进行采取,经频谱分析,判断风机轴承存在的隐患,及时安排检修,检修检查验证了诊断结果的准确性,避免了意外停机事故的发生。
The comprehensive fault diagnosis system is applied.The abnormal vibration fault signals of the bearing of dry quenching circulation fan are collected Through spectral analysis,the hidden trouble existing in the fan bearing is determined.The maintenance is arranged intime.Theaccuracyof diagnosis results is verified through maintenance and inspection,and unexpected shutdown accidents are avoided.
