摘要
针对河钢唐钢冷轧薄板厂二镀锌机组焊机液压系统压力降低故障,从液位、温度、滤芯、溢流阀、液压泵和蓄能器各方面分析造成的原因,最终判断故障的原因是蓄能器内气囊破损,及时采取了解决措施,并总结、归纳出蓄能器维修要点。
The pressure of the hydraulic system of the secondary galvanizing unit welder was decreased in Hesteel Tanggang Cold Rolling Sheet Mill.Aiming at this fault,the reason is analyzed from the aspects of liquid level,temperature,filter,overflow valve,hydraulic pump and accumulator.It is confirmed that the reason is inner airbag broken.The countermeasures are taken The key points of maintenance are concluded and summarized.
