摘要
目的 探讨胸肌筋膜蒂皮瓣在早期乳腺癌患者行即刻假体乳房重建术中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2019年5月1日至2021年5月1日在南京医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的23例行胸肌筋膜蒂皮瓣即刻假体乳房重建术乳腺癌患者的临床资料,通过对患者的术后并发症、生存状况及美容效果进行疗效分析。结果 所有患者手术顺利,术后仅有1例患者出现创面感染的并发症,予以加强抗感染、换药及引流后痊愈出院,其余患者均未出现并发症。全组患者随访6~30个月,无复发、转移及死亡。术后对重建乳房评价优良率为91%(21/23),2例评估效果一般。结论 对早期乳腺癌患者应用胸肌筋膜蒂皮瓣行即刻假体乳房重建术具有取材简单,创伤较小,美容效果良好等优势,便于推广及掌握,是一种较为理想的乳房重建方式。
Objective The aim of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of immediate prosthesis breast reconstruction by pedicled pectoral fascia flap in early breast cancer patients.Methods The clinical data of 23 breast cancer patients who underwent immediate prosthesis breast reconstruction by pedicled pectoral fascia flap between May 2019 and May 2021 in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.The complications,survival condition and cosmetic effect were analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results All the 23 cases were successfully treated.Only one case of wound infection occurred after operation and was cured by strengthening control of antibiotics.And no other post-operation complications were found in this group of patients.After 6 to 30 months of follow-up,no case of recurrence,metastasis and death ever found.The excellent and good rate of breast reconstruction was 91%(21/23).Only two cases were evaluated general reconstruction.Conclusions With the advantages of simple material selection,less trauma and good cosmetic effect,the application of pedicled pectoral fascia flap in immediate prosthesis breast reconstruction for early breast cancer patient is an ideal technique to popularize and master.
