摘要
目的探索思政教育融入医学人文伦理学情境教学的方法与效果。方法2018年3月-2020年12月选择在滨州医学院烟台附属医院进行学习的84名护理本科生作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则把研究对象分为研究组与对照组各42名学生。对照组给予常规医学人文伦理学情境教学,先由带教老师现场示范,然后由学生自主根据模拟方案演练,再由带教老师进行点评。研究组在对照组教学的基础上给予思政教育,包括优化教学设计与目标,创新教学过程,优化教学内容。两组的教学时间均为4周。结果与对照组相比,教学后研究组的理论、操作考核评分均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组教学后的耐心、理解等人文伦理能力评分等高于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组评分也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思政教育融入医学人文伦理学情境教学中并不会影响护理本科生的护理理论与操作考核,且能促进其人文伦理能力的改善。
Objective To explore the method and effect of Integrating Ideological and political education into situational teaching of medical humanistic ethics.Methods From March 2018 to December 2020,84 undergraduate nursing students who studied in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random envelope lottery,the research objects were divided into the research group and the control group,with 42 students in each group.The control group was given routine medical humanistic ethics situational teaching,which was first demonstrated by the instructor,then practiced by the students independently according to the simulation scheme,and then commented by the instructor.The research group gave ideological and political education based on the teaching of the control group,including optimizing the teaching design and objectives,innovating the teaching process and optimizing the teaching content.The teaching time of both groups was 4 weeks.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical and operational assessment scores of the research group were significantly higher after teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of patience,understanding and other humanistic and ethical abilities of the two groups after teaching were higher than those before teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the study group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of Ideological and political education into the situational teaching of medical humanistic ethics will not affect the assessment of nursing theory and operation of undergraduate nursing students,and can promote the improvement of their humanistic ethics ability.
