3D腔道成像数字模型在泌尿微创手术教学中的运用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨3D腔道成像数字模型在泌尿微创手术教学中的运用的效果。方法将2020年6月-2021年6月在重庆大学附属中心医院泌尿外科参加住培的88名学员作为研究对象,将研究对象平均随机分为研究组及对照组。对照组运用传统的微创手术教学模式,研究组在传统教学模式基础上使用3D腔道成像数字模型微创泌尿手术教学。住培出科考核比较两组学生的教学满意度和实际操作考核成绩。结果两组住培学员的实际操作考核成绩及格率比较,研究组的及格率高于对照组,并且满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D腔道成像数字模型在微创手术教学中的运用在泌尿外科住培教学中效果显著,可进行临床住培泌尿外科微创手术教学推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of 3D Cavity digital imaging model in the teaching of urinary minimally invasive surgery.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,88 students in the department of urology,Chongqing University Central Hospital,were selected as the research subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode of minimally invasive surgery,while the research group used 3D Cavity digital imaging model to teach minimally invasive urological surgery based on the traditional teaching mode.The teaching satisfaction and the actual performance of the two groups of students were compared.Results The passing rate of the students in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the degree of satisfaction was also higher in the study group,the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D Cavity digital imaging model in the teaching of minimally invasive surgery has a significant effect in the teaching of urology,which can be popularized in the teaching of minimally invasive surgery in clinical urology.
