间充质干细胞疗法治疗糖尿病足的研究进展 被引量:1

Progress in the treatment of diabetic foot with mesenchymal stromal cell therapy

摘要 糖尿病已成为一种严重危害人类健康的慢性疾病,并给社会经济带来了巨大负担。糖尿病患者的足部溃疡由于其原发病糖尿病本身引起的肢体远端缺血、感染、神经病变等导致患者先天愈合条件不足,创面难以及时修复,由此增加了感染相关死亡与截肢的风险。传统治疗方法以截肢为主,不利于患者维持较高的生活质量,因而间充质干细胞疗法治疗糖尿病足正引起越来越多学者的关注。该文阐述了近年来间充质干细胞治疗糖尿病足溃疡的机制、临床前与临床研究方面的研究进展。 Diabetes has become a chronic disease endangering people’s health all over the world.This translated into a huge economic burdento society.Diabetic foot ulcer is difficult to heal due to ischemia,infection,neuropathy and other reasons,which leads to increased risk of amputation and infectious death.Amputation is the main method in traditional treatment,which is adverse to improve the quality of patients’lives.Thus,more and more scientists pay attention to the treatment of diabetic foot with mesenchymal cells.In this article,we will give a general introduction to the multi-functional mesenchymal stromal cells and explain the mechanism of their use in diabetic foot ulcer,as well as introduce several cases of clinical and preclinical studies on the application of mesenchymal cells in the treatment of diabetes ulcers in foreign countries.
