摘要
对于三缸发动机,常规的悬置调校难以解决由于制造公差带来的点火抖动问题。从发动机本体出发,对某自主研发搭载三缸发动机的车型点火抖动问题开展研究。通过提高点火转速,降低启动过程中发动机的转速波动,使点火抖动较原状态降低37.5%。在此基础上优化标定策略,通过推迟点火提前角的方案,减小点火激励,点火缸压较原状态减小51.7%。对该方案进行实车验证,点火抖动较原状态降低56.3%,整车点火抖动性能达到对标车的水平。研究结果可为其他车型的三缸发动机点火抖动改进提供借鉴。
For three-cylinder engines,it is difficult to solve the ignition shaking caused by manufacturing tolerances with conventional mount adjustment only.Based on the engine body,this paper carries on the optimization study of ignition shaking of a self-developed vehicle model equipped with a three-cylinder engine.By increasing the ignition speed,the fluctuation of engine speed during starting process is optimized,which makes the ignition shaking reduced by 37.5%compared with the original state.On this basis,the calibration strategy is optimized.By delaying the ignition advance angle to reduce the ignition excitation,the ignition cylinder pressure is reduced by 51.7%.The real vehicle verification shows that the ignition shaking is reduced by 56.3%compared with the original state,which reaches the level of the standard vehicle.This study may provide a reference for improvement of ignition shaking of three-cylinder engines of other vehicle models.
