摘要
人民至上作为中国共产党兴旺发达的政治优势,贯穿在建党百年来的全部实践之中。回顾中国共产党的百年奋斗历程,人民至上的实践逻辑表现为具体工作方式上升为根本工作方法、攻坚克难的制胜法宝上升为长期执政的强大武器、中国共产党的生命力上升为人民的幸福感等嬗变脉络;人民至上的理论内核经过了一切依靠人民一切为了人民的主体论,以人民赞成、高兴、满意为工作准则的标准论,始终代表广大人民根本利益的人民利益论,坚持以人为本的人民本位论,以人民为中心的人民至上论等五阶段的时代发展;新时代必须通过传承中国共产党始终坚持人民至上的优良传统,坚持知行合一厚植真挚的人民情怀,全力提高做好人民工作的水平和能力,建设始终站稳人民立场的高素质干部队伍,保障人民至上的制度安排等来坚持人民至上,为实现伟大复兴中国梦凝聚磅礴的人民力量。
People supremacy is the unswerving lifeline of the Communist Party of China, which runs through all the practices of the Party in the past hundred years since its founding. Looking back on the CPC’s century-old struggle, the practical logic of “people first” is reflected in the evolution of concrete working methods into the fundamental working methods, of the magic weapon to overcome difficulties into the powerful weapon for long-term governance, and of the vitality of the CPC into the happiness of the people. The theoretical core of the supremacy of the people has gone through five stages of development: the subject theory of relying on the people and doing everything for the people, the standard theory of taking the approval, happiness and satisfaction of the people as the working criterion, the theory of the people’s interests of always representing the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people, the people-oriented theory, and the people-centered theory of the supremacy of the people. In the new era, we must uphold the supremacy of the people by inheriting the CPC’s fine tradition of always adhering to the supremacy of the people and the unity of knowledge and practice and cultivating sincere feelings of the people to improve the level and ability of doing people’s work well, building a contingent of high-quality cadres who have always stood firmly on the people’s position, and ensuring the institutional arrangements of the people’s supremacy, so as to pool the majestic people’s strength for realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation.
