摘要
数据赋能与职业院校学生的成长有内在的一致性,具有支持以学生为中心的学习、教师精益化教学、实时交互反馈以及提升学校管理科学化等价值。然而,在数据赋能职业院校学生成长的实践领域中,存在综合数据缺失、数据结构化及数据的关联性分析不足等现象。基于此,学生成长导向的数据赋能实现应遵从以下路径:完善数据中心,形成交互共享的一体化数据平台;清洗归类,结构化学生成长行为数据;关联分析诊断,形塑动态的成长数据激励机制。
Data empowerment has inherent consistency with the growth of vocational college students, has the value of supporting student-centered learning, teachers’ lean teaching, real-time interactive feedback and improving the scientific management of the school. However in the practical field of students in data enabling vocational colleges,there are some phenomena such as lack of comprehensive data, data structure and data correlation analysis.Basd on this, the realization of students growth-oriented data empowerment achievement should follow the paths, that is, to perfect the data center and form an interactive and sharing integrated data platform;cleaning and classifying, structuring students’ growth behavior data;correlating diagnosis, shaping dynamic growth data incentive mechanism.
