摘要
关注当前城市发展过程中人口老龄化和既有住区公共空间适老化设计缺失之间的矛盾问题,通过分析既有住区公共空间的现状、老年人行为特征以及基于上述特征的以保护城市肌理、历史底蕴和人文关怀为核心的可持续适老化更新设计等相关内容,探讨既有住区公共空间可持续性的适老化更新模式。
This paper focuses on the contradiction between aging of population and missing of elderly-oriented design of public space in existing residential community in the current process of urban development.By analyzing the status quo of the existing residential public space,behavioral characteristics of the elderly,and the sustainable elderly-oriented renewal design that takes protecting the urban fabric,historical heritage and humanistic care as the core,and based on the above characteristics,this paper discusses the aging renewal model of the existing residential public space sustainability.
