摘要
主要对市政工程施工过程中的成本控制与管理进行研究,明确市政工程施工成本管理的意义,以郑州市四环快速化工程南四环某项目为例,分析市政工程施工过程成本控制的内容及存在的问题,提出成本控制和管理措施,以此提高经济效益。
This paper mainly studies the cost control and management in the construction process of municipal projects,clarifies the significance of the construction cost management of municipal projects.Taking a project of the South Fourth Ring Road of Zhengzhou Fourth Ring Fast project as an example,this paper analyzes the content and existing problems of cost control in the construction process of municipal engineering,and puts forward cost control and management measures to improve economic benefits.
