摘要
目的探讨分层管理模式用于医院感染性疾病科病科护理质量管理中的效果。方法选择该院感染性疾病科2020年1月—2021年12月期间在职的19名护理工作人员,2020年1—12月在职的9名护理工作人员作为对照组,2021年1—12月在职的10名护理工作人员作为观察组。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用分层管理模式进行管理,对不同时期采用不同管理方式工作人员的工作效果进行对比。结果观察组工作压力明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对自身工作的满意评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理工作人员风险事件发生率55.56%高于观察组10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院外科的护理管理中,加入分层管理模式进行管理,能够有效降低工作人员的压力水平,提升工作满意情况,较少护理风险事件的发生概率,具有较好的临床护理管理价值,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management model in nursing quality management of hospital surgery department.Methods 19 nursing staff in the infectious disease department of the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021,9 nursing staff in the office from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 10 nursing staff in the office from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group was managed by the conventional management mode,and the observation group was managed by the hierarchical management mode,and the work effects of the staff who adopted different management methods in different periods were compared.Results The work pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of self-work in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events of nursing staff in the control group was 55.56%higher than that in the observation group(10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of hospital surgery department,adding a hierarchical management model can effectively reduce the stress level of staff,improve job satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events,which has good clinical nursing management value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
