摘要
目的:探索大蒜、洋葱的热性物质基础。方法:采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法考察大蒜、洋葱所含的12种硫醚类化合物对离体培养的MCF-7细胞生长增殖的影响,以确定其寒热属性。结果:在一定的浓度范围内,12种硫醚类化合物对体外培养的MCF-7细胞的生长增殖均表现为促进作用。结论:硫醚类化合物药性属热,是大蒜、洋葱显示热性的物质基础之一。
Objective: The thermal material basis of garlic and onion was explored Method: The effects of 12thioether compounds contained in garlic and onion on the growth and proliferation of MCF-7 cells in vitro were investigated by thiazolyl blue(MTT) colorimetric method to determine their cold and heat properties. Result: In a certain concentration range, the 12 thioether compounds showed promoting effect on the growth and proliferation of MCF-7 cells cultured in vitro. Conclusion: The medicinal properties of thioether compounds are hot, which is one of the material bases for garlic and onion to show hot properties.
