摘要
鞋服市场是“衣食住行”中的第一民生,鞋服定制行业作为一个高度个性化的产业,因其成本高、批量小等生产特点,一直未能利用现代化技术而得到快速的发展和进步。本文从鞋服定制及其商业模式的发展现状入手,基于对我国鞋服定制产业的宏观PEST分析,围绕创新这一主线,着重分析了我国鞋服定制行业所面临的挑战,依照Osterwalder提出的商业模式概念,将4个要素与大数据技术结合讨论,研究商业模式创新的实现策略,为正处于现代化转型期的鞋服定制企业提供参考。
Shoes and clothing market is the first people’s livelihood in “clothing, food, housing and transportation”, and shoes and clothing customization industry as a highly personalized industry, because of its high cost, small batch production characteristics, has not been able to use modern technology to get rapid development and progress. Based on the macro PEST analysis of China’s shoe and clothing customization industry, this paper focused on the analysis of the challenges facing China’s shoe and clothing customization industry. According to the concept of business model proposed by Osterwalder, four elements were combined with big data technology to discuss. The research on the implementation strategy of business model innovation provides a useful reference for the shoes and clothing customization enterprises in the modernization transition period.
