摘要
为了提高生产效率,减少环境污染,降低劳动强度,实现一步熔融法自动化生产,本文介绍了一种原硅酸钠的制备工艺及其生产装置,并简要阐述了在织物前处理、金属清洗、金属热处理中的应用现状。
In order to improve production efficiency,reduce environmental pollution,reduce labor intensity and realize automatic production based on one-step melting method,this paper introduces a preparation process of sodium orthosilicate and its production plant,and briefly describes the application status in pretreatment of fabrics,metal cleaning and metal heat treatment.
